Strength & Conditioning Programs

As your Fitness Professional, I don’t believe you play sports to get into shape. I believe you get into shape to play sports! Although not a competitive athlete myself, I enjoy running, playing tennis, biking, hiking, dancing, kite surfing and even playing football with my son! However, I know that ideally the conditioning process should begin before hitting the track, the court, the trail, the dance floor, the water and the field. 

As a Fitness Professional, I have had many wonderful opportunities to design Strength and Conditioning programs for baseball and football players, golfers, ballet dancers, cheerleaders and triathlon competitors. Although each program is tailored for specific needs and goals, all of the same principles are applied:
