Strength & Conditioning Programs
As
your Fitness Professional, I don’t believe you play
sports to get into shape. I believe you get into
shape to play sports! Although not a competitive
athlete myself, I enjoy running, playing tennis,
biking, hiking, dancing, kite surfing and even
playing football with my son! However, I know that
ideally the conditioning process should begin before
hitting the track, the court, the trail, the dance
floor, the water and the field.
As a Fitness
Professional, I have had many wonderful
opportunities to design Strength and Conditioning
programs for baseball and football players, golfers,
ballet dancers, cheerleaders and triathlon
competitors. Although each program is tailored for
