Semi Private Training
As your Fitness Professional, I will
design your Semi-private Programs to make your
workout fun and more affordable. You can work out
with your friends, family, or co-workers. Either way
you will be surrounded by supportive people with
similar goals to yours and who will help motivate
you to continue to succeed. Get all the benefits of

cardiovascular, flexibility, strength training, yoga
