As your Fitness Professional, I am dedicated to YOUR specific fitness needs, and to helping you achieve your individual goals for maximum health and well being. I will personalize your program to ensure success in reaching your desired fitness level. I will listen to your concerns and always maintain a safe environment for your workout. My one-on-one programs focus on education, motivation, and exercise adherence.  

I can meet you at your home, office, or health club. No distractions, at the convenience of your own schedule, and I can bring the equipment to you or help you furnish your own home gym.
