Fitness Program
As your Fitness Professional I
believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound
of cure. The best defense against aging and
disability is a good offense!
I am proud to announce that I have
been working in the senior communities for the past
three years and have provided personal coaching and
rehabilitation to those who are currently active and
looking to improve their lives or those who are
starting to be challenged with day to day tasks. I
design my senior programs to focus on postural
alignment, balance, strengthening, flexibility, and
endurance. I will meet you in the comfort of your
home and bring the equipment to you, as well as show
you how to utilize props in the home to help you
function on a daily basis.
The Active Senior Fitness Program is uniquely
designed to:

Provide personalized fitness training
to prevent loss of strength and mobility.

To educate and condition active
seniors in their own home so they can remain
self-sufficient.
• Provide
physical activity and mental stimulation in a
positive environment designed to prevent social
isolation and depression.
• Provide seniors with the strength and
muscle tone to continue to perform activities of
daily living and remain independent in their own
home and even out in the community.
